The minimum spec for AxTraxNG Server and Client  as listed in the manual are:

CPU: 2.4GHZ (i5) or higer

OS: win 7 or higher, up to win server 2019is supported.

RAM: 4GB

Network: network adapter 100MB

Hard Drive: 5GB of free space

Those requirements does not include SQL server, for example SQL 2012 minimum requirements:

Express Editions: 512 MB

All other editions: 1 GB

Recommended:

Express Editions: 1 GB

All other editions: At least 4 GB and should be increased as database size increases to ensure optimal performance.

Processor Speed

Minimum:

x86 Processor: 1.0 GHz

x64 Processor: 1.4 GHz

Recommended: 2.0 GHz or faster
