How To Backup And restore AxTraxNG database

Backup Database:

To Backup AxTraxNG Database please follow those steps:

Go to Tools, Database:
From the dropdown menu, Select "Backup Now"
Browse to the Folder you like the backup to be stored - Recommend to keep the default folder as shown above to avoid system permission conflicts.
Optional: Add a Backup File Prefix:
Click OK
The Following Message will displayed and AxTraxNG client will be closed:
now the backup is available on the stored location:

Restore Database:

To Restore a Database to AxTraxNG please follow those setpes:

Go to Tools, Database:
From The Dropdown menu select "Import Configuration and Events":
Browse to the Backup file (.BAK) and select the Backup you like to restore:
Click OK to restore the Database.
confirm that all current data will be deleted:
The Following Message will displayed and AxTraxNG client will be closed:
Now the Database is restored.
