Fix AxTraxNG Client Display layout scale

When AxTraxNG Client installed on a system where the Display scale is set to above 100% the AxTraxNG layout will have an overlay text and tables:

to fix this please follow those steps: 

1. close AxTraxNg client
   
2. Right click on the AxtraxNG client shortcut on the desktop and select “Properties” then “Compatibility”:
   
3. On the Compatibility tab select “Change high DPI settings:
   
4. On the high DPI tab check the box “Override high DPI scaling behavior” then in the pull down below it change to “System”:
   
5. Open AxTraxNG client:
