AxTraxPro version 28.1.1.5 Desktop client login shows black screen
On AxTraxPro version 28.1.1.5 (AKA roles), a new and updated operator management and authentication method is introduced based on the latest security and privacy requirements. The client login screen is using the Windows WebView component.
In some cases, the login screen shows a black screen, as seen below:
You will be required to clear the WebView component cache.
To clear the WebView component cache, please follow this:
- Open file explorer and navigate to: "C:\Users"
- Open the current user folder
- Navigate to C:\Users\<CURRENTN USER>\AppData\Roaming
- Delete the "MyWebView2App" folder:

- Run the client, and you should get the standard login screen:
